This is an online class for everyone to join! Adults, kids, grannies, grandads, or even the whole family. You can all get involved for some uplifting cheer, glamour, fun and fitness in these strange times. If you would like to learn some fun Bollywood dance moves, get some exercise in, tune in with Farrah and get dancing.
In the 45-minute live session, you’ll warm up for 15 minutes with some gorgeous music and moves. You’ll learn how to shimmy and shake by learning step-by-step routines to some of the best Bollywood songs ever made. At end of the session, we’ll finish off with a yoga-style cool down.
In this online session, you’ll get to dance, get fit and have the best time doing it as wiggles and giggles are guaranteed! And we need this more than ever right now! This class is suitable for all abilities and fitness levels.
