In partnership with Exubrancy, we are bringing high energy dance cardio to Top of the Rock every Saturday morning in May, June and July! Classes are only $15 and run from 8am-9am. Kick off the weekend with a fun workout overlooking the NYC skyline.

About 305 Fitness: Turn your workout into a party! Inspired by Miami nightlife with a live DJ in every class, 305 is a full-body workout that feels like a night out with friends but works you from head to toe. Combining dance, HIIT, plyometrics, and kickboxing, you’ll be feelin’ yourself (and your muscles!) after this bass-dropping, booty-shaking class. No dance experience required!
About The Limit: The Limit is a Dance, HIIT, and Tone workout with certified trainers through nationally accredited organizations, focusing on functional training. Our signature Dance Cardio class is a high energy and fun cardio class that mixes dance and HIIT cardio. You’ll feel energized and full of endorphins afterwards!
