All across the US right now there are active protesting for the killing of George Floyd, along with activists throughout New York City. Activist are now asking for your help in supporting local black-owned businesses, including restaurants, pop-ups and bar right now.
The economic effects of the pandemic on black communities can be explained by several factors. Almost half of black-owned businesses are bearing the brunt of the pandemic Covid-19 and are also especially vulnerable to lower consumer demand due to social distancing measures.
