In partnership with Sputnik Yoga<\/a> and presented by Lifeway Kefir<\/a>, we will host a range of fitness and wellness classes at the World Trade Center on select Wednesdays. Launching in May to support Mental Health Awareness Month, this weekly series encourages healthy wellbeing habits for our community. Programming will feature a variety of classes from yoga and meditation to HIIT and many others!<\/p>\n

Sputnik Yoga<\/strong><\/p>\n

Get ready for an invigorating and accessible yoga experience with this powerful vinyasa flow class! Suitable for all levels, the sequencing in this class will keep you moving and breathing from start to finish, helping you build strength and tap into a sense of ease and calm.<\/div>\n

Classes will be on select Wednesdays between May 8 – October 16, from 5:30pm to 6:30pm on North Oculus Plaza.* Directions to North Oculus Plaza >><\/a><\/p>\n

Please bring your own yoga mat or blanket.<\/p>\n
