Television producer turned award-winning L.A. chef, the owner of Sqirl has finally launched her much-anticipated cookbook, Everything I Want to Eat<\/strong>: Sqirl and the New California Cooking<\/em>! Jessica Koslow\u2019s years as part of the television industry were spent thinking of her love of food. This led to her working nights at Village Bakery and eventually leaving entertainment for her true passion: food. Starting with preserves and growing into a restaurant of her own, her recipes have combined new ingredients into delicious dishes; it\u2019s caused her little restaurant to have a near-constant line out the door!
