\u00a0In the true spirit of the season — cooperation, fun, and love (and cake) — female celebrity pastry chefs, cake artists and culinary producers, Melissa Alt, Vanessa Greeley, Ashley Holt, Jean Schapowal and Kate Sullivan, are putting down their (competitive) spatulas and piping bags to collaboratively deck the windows of NY Cake. The city\u2019s premier baking supply shop and cake academy will be adorned with 3\u2019 plus high New York themed cakes and gingerbreads including an Empire State Building, Gingerbread person, Nutcracker and a Chrysler Building Rockette (see sketch attached).<\/p>\n

The award-winning cake artists are each creating individual the giant confections in their own studios and will collaboratively install them in the expansive front window of the Chelsea shop and cake academy on December 2. The cakes will be on display until January 15th, 2020.<\/p>\n
