Calling all families, nature enthusiasts, and amateur astronomers! Come gather on the Garden\u2019s lawns to marvel at the sky as the moon passes between the Earth and sun.<\/p>\n

Join BBG in observing the effects of the eclipse on our collections. Will blooms be fooled into closing? Will leaves turn in? Participate in our Garden-wide experiment and let us know what you see. The eclipse will last from 2:10 to 4:36 p.m., peaking at 3:25 p.m.<\/p>\n

Blankets are welcome! Outside food is not permitted but may be purchased at the Canteen.<\/p>\n

Admission is free for all!<\/p>\n

Free ISO-certified solar eclipse glasses provided by Warby Parker while supplies last. Please remember you should never look directly at the sun\u2014even if you\u2019re wearing sunglasses\u2014without specifically designed eclipse glasses.<\/em><\/p>\n
