We are thrilled to announce that on October 1st, the legendary urban picnic Dîner en Blanc will make its dazzling return to New York — the city that helped launch the international sensation. For one night each year, New York takes on a distinctly Parisian spirit. What began as a spontaneous gathering of friends in France has evolved into one of the world’s most celebrated culinary and cultural experiences. More than an event, Dîner en Blanc is a global movement that brings people together to celebrate food, wine, fashion, and community, with every guest contributing to the evening’s unique magic.

From Manhattan to Singapore, to date more than 120 cities in 40 countries have embraced the experience, each infusing the experience with its own local culture and culinary voice. Nearly two million fans remain on waiting lists.

This year, Dîner en Blanc elevates its signature glamour with an international theme: Une Soirée Parisienne –

The location remains a closely guarded secret until guests arrive. Then, in cities around the world, an empty landmark public space is transformed into a spectacular outdoor dinner party unlike any other as thousands of guests, dressed head-to-toe in white, arrive carrying everything needed for an elegant soirée—folding tables and chairs, fine china, white linens, flowers, gourmet picnic fare, and imaginative tablescapes.

One of the evening’s most iconic moments comes as thousands of guests simultaneously wave their white cloth napkins in the air, signaling the official start of dinner—a breathtaking visual that has become synonymous with Dîner en Blanc around the world.

Guests often spend weeks in advance planning every detail of their experience — from elaborate gourmet menus and beautifully curated tabletops to imaginative all-white attire. Guests dress to be seen — and remembered. White, yes, but wildly creative, intentional.
