Register for our annual Valentine’s Day Digester Egg Tour at the Newtown Creek Resource Recovery Facility. Please note that you may only register one distinct name and email address per ticket and you can only register one person at a time. If you want to register a ticket for someone else, you must submit it separately using their name and email address. Any duplicate registrations will be eliminated.
The Newtown Creek Resource Recovery Facility is home to eight futuristic stainless steel-clad digesters that play a critical role in New York City’s wastewater treatment process. The tour includes an overview of the wastewater treatment process and a visit to the observation deck atop the digesters, where you will be treated to an unobstructed view of the iconic Manhattan skyline.
All guests are required to sign a release form at the beginning of the tour. Guests under 18 must have a release form signed by a parent or a guardian. Sorry, children under 12 are not allowed.
