Join our Nutritional Consultant, Heather Mowat, for a live virtual cooking class as she demonstrates pantry-based and nourishing snack recipes that are simple and satisfying… because let’s face it – staying home is a marathon that requires good fuel!

– 1 hour virtual cooking class delivered via Zoom in the comfort and safety of your own home

– overview of specific foods that boost your mood and immunity

– discussion on the anatomy of a healthy snack and the key principles to be mindful of when feeling “hangry”

– recipes you can make at home that are both adult & kid friendly!

– Q&A following recipe demonstration
