For this exceptional week, top French and European dairy producers are sending the Big Apple their most coveted cheeses from mouthwatering blues and creamy brie to mountain cow’s milk cheese. These top quality producers include Savencia Fromage and Dairy, Emmi Cheese, Germain Fromagerie, Fromagerie Henri Hutin and Fromi.
Don’t miss the wines of the Savoie from producers such as Domaine Berthollier, Domaine Richel and Maison Cavaille.
