The Good Food Mercantile 2023

by

The Good Food Mercantile is an annual event that takes place every year right before Summer Fancy Food show, draws 50% of its crafters and retailers from New York state and surrounding areas, making it an excellent opportunity for crafters looking to expand to the East Coast, and merchants interested in discovering new producers from all around New England.

The Good Food Mercantile celebrates artisanal food and beverage producers. It showcases a curated selection of high-quality, sustainable, and responsibly produced products from around the world. The event aims to support small-scale producers, promote transparent and ethical food practices, and connect them with retailers, distributors, and consumers.

At the Good Food Mercantile, you can find a wide range of products, including artisanal cheeses, charcuterie, chocolates, baked goods, preserves, beverages, and more. The event provides an opportunity for producers to showcase their unique offerings and connect with industry professionals and food enthusiasts.

Throughout the event, there are often tastings, demonstrations, and educational sessions that delve into various aspects of the artisanal food industry. It’s a platform that fosters collaboration, learning, and appreciation for quality food and the stories behind the products. The event typically features a diverse array of producers, each with their own distinctive culinary traditions and craftsmanship. It’s an excellent opportunity to discover new flavors, support local and sustainable food practices, and learn about the passion and dedication that goes into producing artisanal goods.
