New York Transit Bus Festival
The New York Transit vintage bus fleet is ready to roll to Brooklyn Bridge Park for the 2024 Bus Festival on Sunday, September 8th!
Visitors of all ages are invited to:
- Step aboard and explore a selection of our vintage buses.
- Visit the Education Tent to pick up a scavenger hunt activity sheet.
- Stop by the New York Transit Museum Store pop-up shop for toys and transit merchandise, including model buses.
- Learn about our programs and become a member for perks including one year of free Transit Museum admission.
The festival site is located at Emily Warren Roebling Plaza in Brooklyn Bridge Park, beneath the Brooklyn Bridge. The closest train stations are Clark Street (2, 3), High Street–Brooklyn Bridge (A, C), and York Street (F). The B25 Bus also stops very close to the festival site.
Advanced registration is encouraged but not required. Registration enters you into a raffle for a chance to win a Family membership to the Museum (a $100 value)!
