Trick-or-Streets, a NYC DOT initiative, is opening up the Broome Street block outside of Essex Market (b/w Essex St & Norfolk St) for some family-friendly Halloween fun!
In between the outdoor fun, come inside the market to trick-or-treat with the Essex Market vendors, featuring 1000 pounds of candy from Economy Candy!
