PORTRAIT SESSION 04 WITH MORGAN MAHER

To celebrate H&M’s S/S 2025 campaign Notes On Being, we’ll be hosting an In-Store Photo Studio at our Times Square flagship store in New York on Sunday 27th April.

Photographer Morgan Maher will be taking over the photo studio for one day only.

Come down to get your portrait taken for free.

Your A5 portrait will be printed in-store for you to take home.

The studio will run from:

Morning Session 12pm – 2pm

Afternoon Session 2.45pm – 5pm.

This event will feature photography and videography capture. Eligibility: The free photo pop-up is open to all customers who visit the store during the event hours on a first come first service basis.

Offer Details: Each participant will receive one (1) digital photo and one (1) physical photo free of charge (A5 portrait). The digital photo will be sent to the customer’s email address, and the physical photo will be printed for you to take home.

Ownership of Photos: Ownership of the copyright in and to the photos taken during the event shall vest exclusively with the photographer and H&M. By participating, the customer acknowledges that they have no copyright ownership in the images.

Use of Photos: Participants agree that the photographer may use the photos for promotional purposes, including but not limited to online and offline marketing, without further compensation or notification.

Privacy: Personal information collected during the event will be used solely for the purpose of delivering the photos and will only be shared with the photographer.

Liability: Neither H&M nor the photographer are responsible for any loss, damage, or injury related to participation in the event.

Gifting: H&M Customers will receive an image printout . Available ONLY April 27th at H&M Times Square. One digital and physical item per customer. While supplies last, quantities are limited
