Eternal Spring Chi Kung is a Chi Kung (“qigong”) program devised by Grandmaster C.K. Chu to help people maintain their health in today’s society. The program is a daily maintenance routine through which you may improve your body’s alignment, balance, flexibility, and strength. Most notably, the program helps you to improve your breathing so that your physical and mental focus each day is brighter and better. The program also helps you condition your body for the rigors of tai chi form training. Anyone of any level of fitness can benefit from learning Eternal Spring Chi Kung.
