Chloe Coscarelli @ Club Monaco

Chloe Coscarelli, graduate of the Natural Gourmet Institute of Health and Culinary Arts NYC and the University of California, Berkeley, as well as the first vegan ever to win on a Food Network competition, comes to the Strand at Club Monaco to discuss her passion for meat-free cooking and living! She’ll be cooking up some treats and signing copies of her latest cookbook, Chloe’s Vegan Italian Kitchen: 150 Pizzas, Pastas, Pestos, Risottos, & Lots of Creamy Italian Classics.
