Seaport FIT – TABATA

Summer is approcahing and you may want to start that intense work out NOW!! Join in on this high-intensity interval training work out with Celine Desgranges from New York Health and Racquet Club. Each exercise in Tabata only last 4 minutes, but it will make you sweat! Tabata follows this general structure: 20 seconds of intense workout, followed by 10 seconds of rest, and then 8 more rounds of the same exercise before moving on to the next.
