Meet The Maker: New York Distilling Company

Join us for a chance to meet and speak to one of the founders of New York Distilling Company, Tom Potter.
Tom will be pouring and be explaining his entire line-up of products, which includes three styles of gin and three styles of rye. Of the ryes being tasted, the Apple Jack Finished Rye falls under the new designation of Empire Rye. The New York Distilling Company is one of the first distilleries to have a rye with the new designation. They work hand in hand with the Black Dirt Distillery and use their Apple Jack barrels to finish this whiskey.
