Passport to Taiwan Festival

Passport to Taiwan Festival, the celebration of Taiwanese American Heritage Week, has been held continuously on Union Square for the past 17 years.  This year is their 18th! Each year, thousands of New Yorkers join them for a day of festivities to celebrate Taiwanese American Heritage Week designated by the Congress in 1999.
