Food Karma Projects and NYC BBQ start Memorial Day Weekend with an all-access, mouthwatering summer kickoff at Industry City in Brooklyn. On Saturday, May 25, 2024, chefs from award-winning restaurants and rising stars from across the region celebrate summer’s bounty by laying out a smorgasbord for everyone.
Attendees can get their fill of ribs at this all-access event and then explore even more food from the grills and smokers. There will be a Cabot Cheddar Grilled Cheese station, a vegetable grilling station by Jimmy’s No. 43, and in a can’t-miss collaboration with Maker’s Mark, a 24+ month aged Kentucky ham from Dakota Hams, sliced on-site by The Master Ham NYC.
