The Haute Potato Collection Fashion POPUP

The Haute Potato Collection is a couture design partnership presented by Idaho® Potatoes, that reminds us how the world’s most humble vegetable is widely seen as an object of desire.

Hosted inside Grand Central Terminal’s Vanderbilt Hall®, this first-of-its-kind, potato-sack-inspired fashion event features expressive, statement silhouettes that showcase the transformation from field to fabric. Designed by Idaho-born fashion designer Cartier Dior Eliasen, the collection blends agricultural roots with high-fashion craftsmanship and Americana storytelling.

Following the show, select looks will be auctioned to support No Kid Hungry’s mission to end childhood hunger in America.
