Bryant Park Presents Opening Night Ball

Let’s dance the evening away at Bryant Park with The Simulacrum of Yore Society on May 4th at the opening night of weekly dance events near the fountain. The night will feature three live bands and three different styles of dance instruction Charleston, Foxtrot, and Jitterbug. The Simulacrum of Yore Society invites you to participate in a flashmob formal ball by dressing up in tuxedos, tails, tophats, suits and ties, ballroom gowns and formal dresses. A section of the park will be set up with tables and chairs, and guests are encouraged to bring their own white tablecloths, potluck food and non-alcoholic (due to park regulations) drinks.
