Yoga & Meditation – Jay Suites Terrace
This Hatha yoga class incorporates basic yoga postures (asanas) and breathing exercises (pranayama) to create awareness in the mind and body. Flexibility is not a requirement. Beginners are welcome. Meditation is shown to improve concentration, reduce stress, promote focus and decrease anxiety. This guided meditation is designed for beginners. This 45 minute session includes explanation, meditation and discussion.
