Pop-Up Coloring Bar at Strand Book Store

The Real Art Therapists of New York are back! Come to the Strand for a Pop-Up Coloring Bar: a day of relaxation, creativity, and self-reflection. The Real Art Therapists of New York Coloring Book features artwork by 50 professional art therapists living and working in New York who invite you to start a new journey towards a more creative and de-stressed life. Join a few of the artists in the Rare Book Room and choose a page from their beloved coloring book to see first-hand how art can be used for wellness and discovery.
Purchase of a book enters you in a raffle for a chance to win a private art therapy session with a licensed art therapist. Colored pencils and coloring sheets will be provided! Tickets for this event are $10, and are for one of three hour-long time slots.
