You’re invited! Join Paola Mathé, Creative Director and Founder of FANM DJANM, for an exclusive NYFW pop-up with Banana Republic.
FANM DJANM (which means STRONG WOMAN in Haitian) designs headwraps and hair accessories for every occasion. During this evening of celebration, enjoy headwrap styling with Paola herself, taste delicious Haitian hors d’oeuvres from Chef Marie Geneve at Rebel and sip cocktails inspired by 67 Orange in Harlem. There will also be a special musical performance by Metrès Riva Nyri Précil.
In celebration of Black History Month, a donation will be made to the Haiti Cultural Exchange. Founded by Régine M. Roumain in New York City, the Haiti Cultural Exchange works to develop, present, and promote the cultural expressions of the Haitian people.
