Tasting the Schomburg Collections

The evening, part of a celebration of the Schomburg Center’s 100th anniversary year, will include a tasting experience led by Chef Rōze Traore and a culinary conversation inspired by the collections of the world-renowned research center located in the heart of Harlem.
