Join in on the fun with Essex Street Market for a Cheese & Chocolate Pairing on December 11th, 2019. Enjoy 5 extraordinary pairings by the cheesemongers at Formaggio and Roni-Sue’s Chocolates.
Formaggio is the resident cheese expert at Essex Street Market — they import Europe’s most delectable and hard-to-find cheeses. Roni-Sue’s Chocolate is a longstanding Lower East Side shop, and will be joining us in the new market next year! They source single-origin cocoa from their partner farm in Belize, utilizing a 60% dark chocolate to craft an amazing array of confections.
